Article marketing can be a huge addition to your overal marketing plan. As mentioned in the video, Ernis Schmayr, MES of Hamilton, ON, Canada has used article marketing successfully to attract clients from both the United States and Canada. Start with an article on the 3 - 5 reasons to use a MES. Follow that up with an article on each of the 3 - 5 reasons. This is your start in article marketing. We will discuss this marketing tactic and more in the Medical Exercise Mastermind Blueprint.
Welcome to Day 4 of "40 Days to Medical Exercie Success". The ability to understand and clearly explain your scope of practice and role as a medical exercise professional to clients, medical professionals and others is of vital importance to building your practice. Simply put be able to clearly explain "who you are, what you do, how you do it and who you do it to". If you cannot do this, then someone else may mistakenly define your role.Someone else explaining your role may negatively impact your practice.

A common question asked by new Medical Exercise Specialists is..."how many sessions should this client need"? Restoring function can be very challenging and may requuire more sessions than the average "fitness" client. In this video we give some guidelines on MET sessions, frequency and duration for common conditions.
These are general guidelines. Depending on the client's level of involvement and the feedback from the medical professional the frequency, duration and number of MET sessions may change.
The need for Medical Exercise Training (MET) is growing and is now being recognized by some medical professionals. The need for MET services will grow over the next two decades. In this segment we will review the MET Client Management System. This was shot in October 2017 as part of our 30 – 4 – 30 series. Please forgive the reference to the October 2017. The information in this segment is still relevant today and reviews the “initial contact” phase of the MET client management process.
