This is an entry-level certification obtained through the Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist Track. The concepts and guidelines in this certification will prepare you to begin offering safe and effective exercise programs for clients with more than 30 medical conditions after discharge from physical therapy. As a Medical Exercise Specialist (MES) you will learn to develop safe and effective exercise programs for clients with cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic and musculoskeletal disorders after discharge from physical therapy or chiropractic care.
