METS Teleseminars

Are you faced with the challenge of developing conditioning programs for clients with a wide range of medical conditions? Do you find it difficult to find the information you need to develop safe and effective exercise programs for your clients? Do you find it hard to communicate with physical therapists, chiropractors and physicians to obtain exercise guidelines for your clients? Sometimes are you guessing on exercise selection and progression guidelines for your special needs clients? If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, then the our Medical Exercise Training Systems (METS) teleseminars is the answer you’re looking for.

What is METS?

Medical Exercise Training Systems or METS is the first step-by-step approach to medical exercise and post rehab management for post rehab professionals. Developing exercise programs for medical exercise and post rehab clients is becoming a specialty for more fitness professionals. Never before has the post rehab professional been able to obtain a complete system to develop, manage and implement conditioning programs for clients with musculoskeletal, neurological or cardiovascular disorders. METS moves beyond our MES, PRCS and MEPD programs by giving you a systematic approach to train any medically-based client. To make METS easier for all post rehab professionals to learn and implement we are making METS available as a teleseminar series you may participate in from the comfort of your home or office. The METS teleseminar series is just as detailed as any on-site workshop. Each week we will review a post rehab protocol for a different medical condition. During the 90-minute teleseminar we will review the post rehab protocol in detail and discuss assessment, progression and exercise selection guidelines in detail. You can learn all of this without the cost of expensive airline tickets or the loss of revenue due to missed client sessions. METS is not designed to replace the licensed physical therapist, chiropractor or physician but there is a huge opportunity for post rehab professionals to work with these medical professionals. The changing of our health care systems and the aging of our population make the METS system a requirement for all post rehab professionals. METS will take you through the assessment, exercise selection and the progression process for more than 60 medical conditions. Read on to learn more and register for the METS program.
